PLEASE USE PAYPAL TO PURCHASE GIFT CERTIFICATES ONLINE! We deal with a lot of fraud with gift certificates, so any GC's purchased using a credit card may have up to a 30 day waiting period for orders placed using that gift card to be fulfilled.
The recipient of the gift certificate MUST use the same email address entered by the purchaser of the gift card when redeeming it. If you would like to transfer your gift certificate to someone else, please contact us before they place their order.
Gift cards can be redeemed online now or used in our brick and mortar
If you purchased a gift card in our brick and mortar: (we issue store credits as gift cards too) You must be in possession of the physical card itself or a picture of the serial number on the card. We're doing our best, but we CANNOT honor our old paper issued store credits or gift certificates online. No exceptions. We are also unable to look up lost gift cards and are not responsible for those funds.
If you have a black plastic gift card from our shop and are in possession of it and would like to use it to shop online, please send an email to info@maplestreetdenim.com with your email address, your name and the entire code on the back of the card and we will be in touch with instructions on how to claim your funds. Please check your spam folder if you do not get a timely response to your inquiry.
