We will cancel all orders that originate from IP addresses outside of the United States and any orders using email addresses that cannot be verified. If you are using a VPN, please turn it off or make sure your settings are set to the US. We receive notifications of suspicious transactions and will email you to confirm your order if fraud is suspected.
If you place an order with us and have not yet received a shipping notification, please check your spam folder for an email from us asking for verification. If we do not get a response within 72 hours, your order will be canceled and refunded.
We do not fill orders from email addresses containing "email.com"
We do NOT ship to reshippers for overseas purchases.
