IMPORTANT!!! YOU MUST ALWAYS HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION BEFORE YOU SEND YOUR PRODUCTS BACK! DO NOT SEND BACK RETURNS WITHOUT CONTACTING US, THEY WILL BE REJECTED AND BOUNCED BACK TO YOU! LOGIN TO YOUR ACCOUNT, SEARCH YOUR ORDERS AND CHOOSE "RETURN REQUEST" If this does not work, please send us an email at info@maplestreetdenim.com and we will give you instructions for sending back your item.

ONLINE PURCHASES: Unworn, unwashed clothing may be returned within 21 days of purchase, if they meet the requirements below.   DO NOT send back without a return authorization from Maple Street Denim. Please email us for authorization before sending it back.  You can find your purchase history in your customer account. If you have any problems, please contact us. Refunds are available for online purchases ONLY, not purchases made in our brick and mortar. If you choose to have your payment refunded, you will be responsible for return shipping. If you choose a store credit or exchange, we will send you a return shipping label and give you free shipping for your replacement item. You will not be refunded or credited for your original shipping fee. Please indicate in your return request if you'd like a refund, an exchange or a store credit.

BRICK AND MORTAR PURCHASES: Unworn, unwashed clothing may be EXCHANGED for another item or store credit within 21 days of purchase if they meet all of the requirements below. We do NOT offer refunds for purchases in the brick and mortar store! NO EXCEPTIONS! Why not, you ask? Most simply, because we have significant overhead in our Oakland shop and we just cannot afford to issue refunds in store. We are a brick and mortar based shop, and our business model is to offer time, attention and our expertise in fit to every customer who comes into our shop. Our online store is a secondary income revenue that does require the same attention from us.  If you are local and know what you want and don't need to use the fitting rooms or get help and want the option to get a refund, please make your purchase online and choose "in store pickup" as your shipping method. You will be given a refund when you bring the item back.

 

Requirements:

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed and unstretched, with all original tags still attached and be in new, sellable condition. We must be able to restock the items. Items may be considered used if they smell like perfume or smoke or have pet hair on them. Please take care when trying on your purchase at home. We reserve the right to make this judgment on items shipped back to us
  • Stretching Out/Not Stretching enough: We try our best to give honest feedback about how an item's sizing runs and how much stretch you can expect, but we cannot honor returns on items that stretched too much or too little over time. If you try something on and are unsure of the fit, please contact us BEFORE you wear it out in the world.
  • Sale items - Items marked down from the original price are a FINAL SALE and may not be exchanged or returned. No exceptions.



Shipping

If requesting a refund, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you'd like a store credit or exchange, we will provide a return label. Original Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

Once we receive your item we will issue you the refund, credit or reship the exchanged item.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
