We ship via USPS priority mail and UPS ground to the United States only. If your address does not accept one or both of these carriers, please indicate that in your order notes.
We are a very very small operation and we work hard to meet our customers' needs, but sometimes packages take a few days to leave the shop if our shipping service providers do not make our scheduled pickups. We are not in the shop on Mondays or Tuesdays to process orders, so orders placed over the weekend will be sent out the following Wednesday. Please allow up to 5 days for an order to be fulfilled.
We do not ship orders that originate from IP addresses overseas, regardless of the billing or shipping address. Orders that are placed to ship to freight forwarders or re-shippers will be canceled.
Our shipping labels print directly from the information you provide with your order, so please make sure it is entered correctly. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses.
Once a package has left our shop, we are no longer in control of what happens to it and we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will do our best to remedy the situation with the shipper, but we cannot give refunds or replacements on stolen packages. If you are concerned that your package may be left somewhere that it could be stolen, PLEASE CHOOSE TO SHIP WITH SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION! We will NOT offer refunds or replacements for stolen packages. If our shipper indicates a package was delivered, there is not much we can do from our end but we will try to file a claim with the shipper.
We do not offer free shipping or refunds on shipping for returns.
As part of the Eco-alliance program at Noissue, we proudly use eco-friendly new packaging as well as reused packaging in all of our shipments. Our reusable shipping bags are made from 100% recycled plastics and can be used for return shipping should your item not work out for you. In addition, Noissue plants a tree every time we reorder our packaging!
